Bilingual SMS agent answering members and prospects at our own academy: schedules, trial classes, sign-ups, with escalation to a human when it matters. We are our own first client.
We built them for our own companies first. Now we build them for yours: no-charge assessment, custom build, monthly operations.
No commitment. Reply within 24 hours.
Quotes pile up. Leads wait a day, sometimes two, before you have time to respond. Payment reminders, appointment confirmations, follow-up emails: it all goes through you, between jobs.
Meanwhile, the business that replies first wins the customer. Not the one who replies best. The one who replies fast.
A well-built AI agent doesn't replace your expertise. It handles the admin you shouldn't be touching, so you can get back on the floor.
Four simulated scenarios, drawn from the flows we automate most often. The reply times shown match our medians measured in production.
Fictional scenarios, for demonstration purposes. The numbers measured on real conversations are here.
Every agent we offer already runs somewhere, starting with our own business. Here is where.
Bilingual SMS agent answering members and prospects at our own academy: schedules, trial classes, sign-ups, with escalation to a human when it matters. We are our own first client.
Multi-channel agent that greets and qualifies rental prospects for residential projects, in French and English, at any hour.
The full suite for a shop that lives on quotes:
Alivro is run by Matt, a Quebec operator. The agents we deploy in your business were built and tested on ours first: on real operations, with real clients, against real revenue flows.
That's the difference between an agency selling AI and an operator using it. Not a subsidiary of a giant agency, not big-corporate consulting: an independent Quebec firm where you talk directly to the operator. You're buying infrastructure tested in production, not a slide-deck demo.
We automated our own businesses before we built yours.
Every Alivro engagement follows the same sequence: assess, build, maintain. No agency menu. One approach, deployed deep.
No charge, offered after a 15-minute call. We map where your team loses hours. Deliverable: a line-priced plan: every agent, its price, its impact rank. You fund it to your budget.
We build the agent that delivers the most value. Integrated with your current stack: Jobber, HubSpot, QuickBooks, whatever you already have. Tested on real flows. Ships with the Law 25 compliance kit: a privacy page on your domain, logged consent.
The agent lives in your operations. The operating fee covers real usage (SMS, AI, hosting) and monitoring. Your first 90 days are included in setup. This is where the saved hours compound.
If your industry isn't listed, the assessment still applies. We'll tell you straight if we're not the right partner.
Pricing is public because business owners are tired of agencies that refuse to quote until they've locked you into a discovery call. We go further: every agent has a published price, like an itemized quote. You fund the list to your budget.
We don't guess your savings. One agent-handled inquiry is worth $3.25 to $7.85 of measured human time. Enter your volume; the math does the rest.
Missed calls, texts, emails, web forms: everything waiting on a reply.
≈ 60 inquiries/week: half a customer-service role (base scenario).
≈ 120 inquiries/week: a full role, except you can't hire a fraction of a person, and nobody covers 2 a.m. in both languages.
Human-equivalent estimate derived from our measured production message volumes. The range spans two models: dedicated agent (handle time per industry benchmarks) and interrupted operator (interruption costs per UC Irvine and Microsoft Research, applied below their measured values). Valued at Quebec's median customer-service wage: $24.10/h + 15% employer burden = $27.72/h. No revenue or ROI promises.
Every price includes post-launch tuning and your first 90 days of operation. Minimum engagement: one agent.
Reference points, not packages. Your exact plan comes out of the assessment, line-priced and funded to your budget.
Lead response over SMS or web chat, with escalation to you. Best for validating the approach on a single flow.
Lead response, quote follow-ups, scheduling. Connected to your CRM (Jobber, HubSpot, QuickBooks).
Response, follow-ups, invoicing, client onboarding, review requests. Your admin runs 24/7 without hiring.
Offered after a 15-minute call that confirms we can help. Three hours inside your operations, then you leave with the line-priced plan, whether you fund it or not. Whatever doesn't fit today's budget becomes tomorrow's roadmap.
Not a software subscription. The fee covers real usage (SMS, AI, hosting) and human monitoring.
24/7 monitoring · monthly health report · drift corrections · email support, 48h.
Everything in Maintain, plus: monthly performance review (30 min) · 1 tweak/month included · priority support, 24h.
Everything in Optimize, plus: 1 new agent per quarter included · monthly strategy call (60 min) · same-day support.
Yes. It's offered after a 15-minute call that confirms three things: your admin volume, that the decision-maker is in the room, and that our price ranges make sense for your budget. You leave with the line-priced plan whether you fund it or not.
Typical build: 2–4 weeks after the assessment, depending on integration complexity with your existing system.
No. Alivro doesn't sell a CRM and doesn't implement Salesforce or Dynamics. Agents integrate with what you already use: Jobber, HubSpot, QuickBooks, or even a spreadsheet and a phone.
The code, prompts, and data are yours. The infrastructure (Supabase, Railway, Anthropic, Twilio, Resend) runs under our Alivro accounts. It's included in the operating fee, so you don't manage 5 separate subscriptions. If you ever want to migrate it to your own accounts, we provide the full code and data export and assist the transition.
Live Langfuse dashboard (every interaction traced), monthly email report with the KPIs we agree on at build time (response time, booking rate, quotes followed up). No black box.
No. The agents pick up the admin nobody wants to do: late-night lead responses, payment reminders, quote follow-ups. Your team stays on-site and on customer relationships. If you don't have anyone doing this admin today, you avoid hiring.
Every addition has a published price: additional channel $750–$1,200, automation module $1,200–$2,200, new agent from $2,500. The Scale tier includes one new agent per quarter. Always fixed, always quoted before any invoice.
Yes: a production agent has real monthly costs: SMS, AI, hosting. Your first 90 days are included in setup; after that, the monthly fee covers that usage and human monitoring. A no-support option, where you pay only the raw usage costs, can be arranged, but it's set when the contract is signed, not after.
Fifteen minutes. No pitch deck. You describe what's burning your hours. We tell you straight if we're the right partner, or not.
